The Early Childhood Consultation Partnership is a statewide program that is designed to offer Early Childhood Educators and Families relationship-based consultation services. These services focus on the healthy social and emotional development of ch​ildren birth to five. The overall services offered are based upon a continuum from brief phone consultation to center-based consultation to child-specific consultation. The staff has experience working with children, families, and teen mothers; their services include home visits and clinical work with children and families.

“2-1-1 Child Care is a confidential and free child care referral telephone service in Connecticut - just dial 2-1-1. Child care referral specialists are available to assist parents and child care providers in locating appropriate resources and referrals. Child care referral specialists have a background in child development and participate in ongoing trainings.”
The Connecticut Family Support Network is a statewide network of families who have children with disabilities and special healthcare needs. We are parents interested in helping other parents to find the supports they need to become their child’s best advocate. We assist parents
directly, connect parents to each other for parent-to-parent support, offer help with navigating Connecticut's state service systems, provide training and offer information to parents and professionals regularly through email distribution lists.

Child Development Infoline care coordinators provide education on development, behavior management strategies and programs, make referrals to services, and provide advocacy and follow-up as needed. They take great pride in working with families to understand their individual needs, connect them to the best services available, and follow up to ensure their needs are being met.”

Community Music School
In addition to an early childhood program called Kindermusik, we also offer music therapy with a focus on supporting the development of communication and motor skills. We have had a number of referrals from Birth 2 3 for our programs and currently work within a public elementary school to provide music education for preschoolers.
